1 Joseph Utsev, Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation

This minister is from Benue state, and that seem to be the only information about him. His ministry has no functional website and there are barely any news articles where the minister or his ministry are mentioned regarding any policy programs. Even the Wikipedia page of the ministry still contains information about the previous minister of water resources.

2. MINISTER OF YOUTH– HON. JAMILA BIO IBRAHIM

Part of her mandate is “to empower Nigerian youths to becoming self-reliant and socially responsible.” But her performance is a little bit hard to assess because her ministry does not have a functional website and there are barely any news articles mentioning her programs.

The ministry’s website is a WordPress site that displays “There has been a critical error on this website” error message on the homepage. That is about the only thing there is to know about our “minster of innovation, science and technology.”

6. MINISTER OF NIGER DELTA AFFAIRS – HON. ABUBAKAR MOMOH

The Ministry of Niger Delta Development was created to promote and coordinate policies for the development of peace and security of the Niger Delta region. The region is Nigeria’s oil producing region but has experienced underdevelopment due to exploitation of oil and lack of investments in the region over the years.
