Available Positions
1. On-Site Operation Engineer (4 Positions)
Location: Field-based
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience, Mechanical, Electrical, or Safety Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial field operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical and technical skills.
- Must be under the age of 40.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in site operations, equipment setup, and maintenance.
- Support testing, inspection, and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow.
- Report operational irregularities promptly.
2. On-Site Operator / Helper (2 Positions)
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Prior industrial or field operations experience is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and a good team player.
- Must be under the age of 40.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and move tools and materials.
- Assist with equipment setup, dismantling, and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety rules diligently.
- Report equipment faults or hazards immediately.
3. Safety Management Trainee (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior experience required.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
- Support safety incident reporting and investigations.
- Participate in HSE meetings and toolbox talks.
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
