About the Change Management Associate Role

The Change Management Associate will support FirstBank’s transformation initiatives by helping to manage stakeholder communication, track change readiness, support project execution, and design communication materials.

This role blends change management, project support, and creative communication, making it ideal for candidates with a mix of analytical and design skills.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Change and Project Support

  • Assist with change impact assessments and organisational readiness reviews.
  • Support project teams to ensure alignment with approved change management plans.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain all change documentation such as stakeholder maps, tracking tools, and feedback logs.
  • Help prepare project value-tracking reports.
  • Monitor and report change adoption metrics under guidance of the Team Lead.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues during project execution.

Design and Communication

  • Create visually engaging flyers, infographics, and internal communication materials.
  • Ensure all designs follow FirstBank’s branding and tone.
  • Use tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw to produce high-quality digital and print-ready content.
  • Manage design requests, revisions, and fast-paced delivery timelines.
  • Provide a portfolio or sample designs during application.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • A Master’s degree, MBA, or recognized professional certification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 0–4 years relevant experience in:
    • Change management
    • Project support
    • Data or technology initiatives
    • Digital transformation roles
    • Financial services environment (preferred)
