  • Make sure your account balance is empty.
  • Download a copy of your transaction history.

Two Ways to Delete Your PalmPay Account

1. Delete it yourself

  • Go to the PalmPay website and log in to your account.
  • Click on the “Settings” icon.
  • Click on “Close Your Account.”
  • Enter your bank account details and click on “Close Account.”
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the deletion process.

2. Ask PalmPay to do it for you

  • Contact PalmPay customer support and request that they delete your account for you.
  • Provide them with your email address and any other information they may need.
  • PalmPay will process your request and delete your account.

How to Delete Your PalmPay Transaction History

PalmPay does not offer a direct option to delete your transaction history. However, you can archive your transaction history by following these steps:

  • Open the PalmPay app and log in to your account.
  • Tap on the “Activity” tab.
  • Swipe left on the transaction you want to archive.
  • Tap on “Archive.”

How to Create a New PalmPay Account

If you’ve deleted your PalmPay account and now want to create a new one, you can follow these steps:

  • Download the PalmPay app and open it.
  • Tap on “Create Account.”
  • Enter your phone number and email address.
  • Create a password.
  • Verify your phone number and email address.
  • Complete your profile.

How to Cancel a PalmPay Subscription

You can cancel your PalmPay subscription on any device by following these steps:

  • Open the PalmPay app and log in to your account.
  • Tap on the “Subscriptions” tab.
  • Tap on the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Tap on “Cancel Subscription.”
